Rainbow Glimmer Paper is the Star Today on This Birthday Card.........

My card base is Pacific Point and then I used a layer of white card stock as well. The shimmer and shine you see in color comes from the Rainbow Glimmer Paper (Annual Catty-pg. 153)

I used a circle punch to cut the bottoms of the 4 strips of Glimmer Paper. The Small Bloom Punch was used to cut all 4 of the flowers. (Card Stock Colors used for that include: Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green). Sorry to say I don't remember where the sentiment comes from. Some stamp set in the Annual Catty-- how's that?? LOL
