Monthly Blog Waddle w/ Stampin Stray Ducklings-- Theme: FANCY FUN FOLDS (Peony Garden Suite Featured Here)......

I SHARE MY PASSION FOR STAMPS, INK & PAPER WITH A SPECIAL FLOCK OF LADIES CALLED THE "STRAY DUCKLINGS". WHENEVER WE'RE TOGETHER, FEATHERS FLY BECAUSE OF ALL THE FUN WE HAVE!!

For my Fancy Fun Fold, I used the following SU Products:

--Prized Peony Stamp Set

--Peony Dies

--Peony Garden Designer Series Paper

--Dainty Diamonds 3D Emboss Folder

--Elegant Faceted Gems

--White Seam Binding

--Petal Pink Stampin' Blend

(used to color white ribbon)

As you can see, this is a double fold card.

When opened all the way, this is what the inside looks like.

Lovely You Stamp Set and Old World Paper Emboss Folder by StampinUP

This would be a very simple card layout to duplicate

if you like it? Any embossing folder & circle punches/dies

would work!

Here is a list of StampinUP products I used:

--Rectangle Stitched Dies

--3 Different size Circle Punches

--Old World Paper 3D Emboss Folder

--Stampin Write Markers
--Lovely You Stamp Set

Color Combo Includes:

Just Jade, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight,

Vanilla, Soft Sea Foam and Sahara Sand (words)

I inked up the embossing folder with Just Jade

BEFORE running the paper & folder thru the Big Shot.

Those crinkle lines really are defined with the ink on there

like that-- don't you think?

Another Card Sample w/ the Playful Pets Suite-- LOVE the Designer Paper!!

I did a little "Mystery Stamping" tonight via ZOOM

with the Stampin' Stray Ducklings group : )

Cut one pc. of designer paper into 4 pcs. (your choice)

Start out with a 4 x 5 1/4 size for this.

The vertical line behind the ovals should be your first cut

at 2 1/2 inches in.

Then on the left side, you would cut a pc. 3 inches & also have

one more pc.

On the right side you would cut a pc. at 2 inches &

also have a remaining pc. from that side.

Put the 4 pcs. together like a puzzle on the front of your card base.

Then simply turn 2 pcs. over on opposite sides to show the 2

different patterns of the designer paper.

Very easy card layout & then just finish off with whatever image,

punches, dies, ribbon etc. that you want to use!!
