I made this congratulations card using the following StampinUP products:

--Retired Circle Punches (we all have those right?)
For this super easy card I used the "Bright & Beautiful Memories & More Cards and Envelopes". (complicated name for a very simple product) : )
I also used the Bright & Beautiful Memories & More Card Pack. (both these items I mentioned can be found on pg. 135 in the Annual Catalog)
