We had a Stamping Stray Ducklings meeting a couple months back and this was my card swap to share. (made a few of each color shown)
The Circle Sayings stamp set & Circle Punch can be found on pg. 17 in the Annual Catalog. I used some new colors of the Stampin' Blends to spruce up the cupcakes and added some gems to each card.
The polka dot paper comes from the In Color Collection of 6 x 6 DSP. If you have any questions other than what I've mentioned just let me know.
