I discovered that the pretty flowers on the above envelope match nicely with the flowers from this stamped image from Decorative Borders! My color combo includes: Starry Sky, Parakeet Party, Fresh Freesia and White. I used the following StampinUP products:
--Stampin' Blends
--In Color Matte Decorative Dots
--Tea Boutique Designer Paper
--Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes
--Decorative Borders Stamp Set (new)
--Something Fancy Bundles (new)
For this creation, I used the Tea Boutique note card again as well as the Decorative Borders stamp set. Once again, some Stampin' Blends were used for coloring. I also used these items:
--Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon
--Framed Florets Dies
--Tea Boutique 6 x 6 Designer Paper
--Charming Sentiments Stamp Set
(both of these cards have a flower arrangement that was "fussy cut")
