I had a recent Fun Fold Class at my home and here are 2 of the cards from that event. There are several items that were used on both designs, so I will start with those:
--Painted Christmas Designer Paper
--Christmas Season Stamp Set
--Seasonal Labels Dies
--Stitched Rectangle Dies
My colors for this design include: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, White, Evening Evergreen
For this card, I also used Evening Evergreen Ribbon, In Color Opal Rounds, and Wink of Stella.
An inside view with card opened up. The same sentiment was used for the inside of both cards. That can be found on pg. 68 in the Holiday Mini (Very Best Occasions).
I used the White Seam Binding Ribbon and "dyed" it with a Real Red Stampin' Blend. 3 of the Rustic Metallic Dots were used. The Merry Christmas on the front of both cards came from a retired set called Teeny Tiny Wishes!! Who remembers that "oldie but goodie" ? I still have it in my stash obviously, and use it from time to time when my card calls for a "teeny tiny" word. LOL
The inside of this version. Please notice the square is on a different side of the card for each one. Does not matter at all and just your personal preference.
MEASUREMENTS & SCORING:
Colored Card Base= 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Sq Colored Pc. of Card Stock= 2 3/4 x 2 3/4
Designer Paper= 5 1/4 x 12
(score DSP at 2, 4, 8, 10 inches)
All 4 corners of DSP were cut out at an angle. Just measure down to 2 1/4 and then cut to the last score line. (hope this makes sense but contact me with any questions)
