Besides the stamp set mentioned above, I used the following SU products:
--Red Double Stitched Satin Ribbon
--Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels
--1 1/2 in. circle punch
--Layering Circles Dies
--Messages Die
--Sweet Strawberry Set (sentiment)

Old Olive, White, Rich Razzleberry
The Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon (white) was used here, and I "dyed" it with a
Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blend. Dried very quickly so made card assembly fast & smudge free!
I used circle punches and/or Layering Circle dies (can't remember for sure). Enjoy The Moment stamp set was used for the sentiment. I then punched out the white pc. with my favorite punch-- Classic Label. The dotted paper background comes from the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series paper pack.
I have 2 questions for you visitors today.....
1) How do you feel about the Red/Black/White color combo on a card?
