Unfortunately, I don't know who made this card because it was
an event swap that one of my roomies received.
Anyway, I do like it and some of the items featured can be found on
pgs. 6 & 7 in the Holiday Catalog.
(Real Red 3/8 in. Satin Ribbon, Christmas Bulb Builder Punch and
Making Christmas Bright Stamp Set).
The Joyous Noel 6 x 6 Glimmer Paper (green) was used for the bulbs.
