Faux Washi Tape & Frosted Finishes Embellishments

This sample shows Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper made into Washi Tape!  Thats right.....they call it Faux Washi Tape.  Just by using scotch tape and a little water, you can rub some of the DSP away to achieve the translucent look and feel of the real Washi Tape.
