This masculine Birthday Card was easy-peasy to make!

I used the Woodland Embossing Folder for the background on the Tranquil Tide Card Stock.

I simply added 4 different strips of the Wood Textures Designer Paper Stack & Linen Thread.

Happy Birthday Thinlit Die- One of my Favs from the New StampinUP Catty!!

AT MY NEW CATALOG LAUNCH AND OPEN HOUSE IN MAY, THE ATTENDEES

GOT TO PICK WHICH IN COLOR THEY WANTED TO USE TO MAKE THIS CARD  :)

(I DON'T HAVE SAMPLES OF THE OTHER 3 COLORS BUT YOU GET THE IDEA)

ANYWAY, WITH THE BRAND NEW HAPPY BIRTHDAY THINLIT AND SOME

MULTIPURPOSE ADHESIVE SHEETS, THIS CARD WAS A SNAP!!

WE USED TO CARRY THIS PRODUCT YEARS AGO, & I'M VERY HAPPY

STAMPIN'UP BROUGHT THE ADHESIVE SHEETS BACK (SEE PG. 203)

I USED SOME WHITE PERFECT ACCENTS,  AND 1/2" FINELY WOVEN

RIBBON (TO MATCH EACH SPECIFIC IN COLOR OF CARD CHOSEN).

ALSO, THE FRESH FLORALS DESIGNER SERIES PAPER STACK WAS USED (PG. 187)

Colorful Seasons by StampinUP........"just breathe" !!

On this card, I would like to mention a few brand new StampinUP items:

-  Colorful Seasons Stamp Set

- Seasonal Layers Thinlits

- Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack

For the sentiment, I stamped "just breathe" on a pc. of Crumb Cake card stock

and simply cut it out free-hand with an uneven look.

Also, on the Vanilla pc. of card stock, I made a random flecked background.

This was done with the "wadded paper" technique.

You have never heard of that?  (Please ask for simple instructions if needed).

Pocketful of Sunshine Stamp Set- Brand New w/ StampinUP!

On my card today I used the "oldy but goodie" set called Flower Shop w/ matching Pansy Punch.

Along with those 2 items, here is a list of BRAND NEW StampinUP Products I used:

I do have the Pocket Framelits Dies as well (shown on pg. 214 in the catalog) but this

pocket was simply cut out by "fussy cutting".

This was a class project last month, & we were already using the Big Shot for several other things. 

I opted for my gals to cut the old fashioned way and they were just fine with that!!  :)

This card features the set "Text Ya Later"

The inside of Kims' card uses the sentiment set called "Five for All"

The 1/4" Stitched-Edge Ribbon in Pacific Point was also used here.

She used the "Magical Mermaid" stamp set.

This fun fold design came from Sheryl D.

It features the "Daisy Delight" set with matching punch and designer paper.

I wanted to show you that one side or the other can be folded flat.

It will fit perfectly in our regular sized envelope.

And here is a view from the top.

A gold Faceted Gem was used in the center of the daisy.

Brand New-- Magical Mermaid by StampinUP & Basket Swap Part 2

The sample had 3 Glitter Enamel Dots, but I chose to leave them off my card.

The "Magical Mermaid" was heat embossed & then we simply sponged some ink to make the image POP!

In the center of the daisy, we used a Clear Faceted Gem.

TODAY WE HAD A DEMONSTRATOR ONLY BASKET SWAP W/ BRAND NEW STAMPINUP ITEMS!!  I HAVE THE FIRST 3 CARDS TODAY FOR YOUR CRAFTING PLEASURE......

This was my card today.  (I added a couple retired jewels after the fact).

Anyway, on this card I feature the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set

and the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder.

and made by me.  Very beautiful use of the new Eastern Medallions Dies.

On todays' card I used the "Oh My Stars' Embossing Folder.

The stamped images come from "Eastern Beauty".

The "Eastern Palace Specialty" Designer Series Paper was used along with the 

1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist

I'm really liking the featured new In Color shown today!!

At first, I was unsure.... but the more I use the Lemon Lime Twist the more I want to.

StampinUP has a new single Big Shot Thinlit Die-- "Happy Birthday"

I love this new die SO well, I used it twice on one card!! (smile)

Notice both the White and Smoky Slate card stock layers for the sentiment.

I also used the new Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper for the back ground.

The Classic Label Punch was used to cut out the "to you".

After punching one time, I slipped the pc. back in the punch again to make a smaller shape.

New Paper Stack- "Wood Textures" Makes Easy Peasy Masculine Card

I'M BAACCKK!! (I WAS VACATIONING IN FLORIDA)

Anyway, today I would like to share a very simple manly birthday card with you.

I used the brand new "Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack" on this card.

Those 4 strips of paper are cut various widths & lengths- then I notched out banner cuts at the end.

I also textured the card by using the "Woodland" Embossing Folder.  (Still loving that!!)

Eastern Palace Suite by StampinUP.........New Catalog Launches TODAY!
