This is a very simple thank you card made with masculine colors, though I will be sending it to a female most likely. The StampinUP colors are Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, and Evening Evergreen.
The retired "subtle" embossing folder was used. I also used the Tasteful Labels Dies. From the new "On The Horizon" stamp set, I stamped the tree image and the words were stamped as one-- but then cut apart to make separate words.

This is another set of "Critter Cards" that are from the last video we made together. Once again, Coles' card is on the left, and mine is on the right. A close-up picture of my sample is shown below as well.
The Color Combo for this card includes: Misty Moonlight, Smoky Slate, Evening Evergreen, and White. I used the Evergreen Elegance and Wildlife Wonder Stamp Sets. The Bark 3D Embossing Folder was used along with the Evening Evergreen Ribbon. Questions?-- please ask!!

This Symbols of Fortune designer paper can be found on pg. 23 in the current mini catalog. The sentiment comes from Hello Ladybug and I used the Messages Dies to cut out the 2 sentiment layers.

For this card, I used 2 layers of white card stock with a couple Old Olive pcs. added in for color. Here is a list of StampinUP supplies used:

Along with the featured stamp set, I used the Brushed Brass Butterflies and the Special Moments stamp set from Sale-A-Bration. Also, I used the Timber 3D Embossing Folder. The White Crinkled Seam Binding was colored with a Stampin Blend.
The designer paper on this card is retired but I had it in my "use up" stash!! I added some Gold Trim and the Gold Foil pc. was cut with the Eden Dies. Again, I used the featured Amazing Silhouettes.
The Stitched Rectangle Dies were used and also On The Horizon stamp set for sentiment. (I used an Evening Evergreen StampinWrite marker to pick up just that single word).

Anyway, I used the Wildlife Wonder again, and also the Tasteful Labels Dies. Embellishments include some Linen Thread and the Round & Square Brads.

This was a recent class project and the gals liked learning a new little trick with the triangle dies!! (any shapes like circles, squares etc. will work for this technique).
I used a pc. of Vanilla card stock & turned the dies UPSIDE DOWN to emboss instead of cut!! Cool huh? You need to have an "Impression Mat" like is shown on pg. 153 in the Annual Catalog. (you get 1 thick mat, and 1 thin mat so use which ever one works according to your own die cutting machine). Make sure the impression mat is UNDERNEATH your die shapes!! Make sure your die shapes are with the CUTTING SIDE UP!! Then put a regular cutting plate on top.
You will end up with raised and embossed shapes on your card stock and then finish your card as you see fit. Have you ever tried this before? Please ask if you have questions.
