Bonnie used the ever-popular StampinUP Designer Series Paper called Modern Medley. The flower is from the stamp set called Blooming with Kindness (pg 65- AC).
It's hard to tell in the picture, but the beautiful flower has been embossed. Black, Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler are the colors used for this very pretty Birthday Card. If you have any questions, please let me know.
