She used a stamp set from the Occasions Catty called "Party Wishes". (this will be gone the end of May)
Cyndy also used the "Balloon Celebration" Stamp Set which made it to the new book.
That cute background paper is the "Its My Party Paper Stack" which is retiring as well.
