I wanted to add a little color to the heart stamp so I used the "Thumping" technique. To achieve this look, I inked the stamp in cantaloupe first and then took a smokey slate marker and just used the brush tip to "thump" some gray color on top of the cantaloupe. Then you stamp the image on your CS. There is no right or wrong pattern for this-- wherever it goes, it goes. It works best when you start with the lightest color first and then "thump" with a darker color.
