Along with the Balloon Celebration Set I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch.
The gals who attended my recent Birthday Card Stamp-A-Stack
got to make 3 of these cards (along with other projects too of course).
The balloon cards went together fairly quickly! : )
For the inside of the card, I used retired Washi Tape in Daffodil Delight.
The sentiment "let us celebrate" is cute with the balloon attached.
