It's a beauty made by friend and fellow demonstrator Nancy L. of Abingdon IL
She used a couple Occasions Catalog items (pg. 42)
The stamp set "Special Reason" and matching dies "Stylish Stems" are pretty popular.
Even though I do not personally own them, I think they are fabulous!!
