Color combo for this birthday card includes:
Night of Navy, White, Soft Sky, and Lemon Lime Twist
I used the Night of Navy Stampin' Write Marker for a couple things......
1) For the balloon, I drew a little mark on the left side & the string coming down
2) For the word YAY, I used the star image from Confetti Celebration & just
colored a circle around the word & punched it out for layering.
The Soft Sky twine is retired, but everything else is current StampinUP Product:
