A Little "Kissing" w/ Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set & Best Birds by StampinUP

I used the "Kissing" Technique on this card.
If you look on pg. 24 in the Annual Catalog, you will see the big flower
stamp is a solid image.  This was easy to "kiss" to the nesting stamp
from the "Best Birds" Set on pg. 99

In order to achieve this cool pattern on the flower, this is what I did:
1)  Inked up the flower with Wisteria Wonder ink pad
2)  Stamped off one time on scratch paper so the ink was lighter (set aside)
3)  Inked up the bird nest image full strength with Elegant Eggplant
4) Then the 2 stamps "kiss" each other (smile)
5)  I put the patterned stamp on top of the flower and pushed down
6)  After you add that pattern to the flower, you stamp the image on white paper

This is the kissing technique, and hopefully if you have never done this before,
you can give it a try by following the steps above.  If you don't have the stamps
I used, any solid stamp will work.  You can use polka dots or just
whatever fun stamps you have to make a pattern appear on your solid stamp!

Come on and give it a try........please ask if you have questions.
