I thought this was a pretty cute wedding card idea. Valerie used "Your Perfect Day" and "Celebrate Today" stamp sets by Stampin'UP. The Balloon Framelit Die was also used to cut out the image with the Big Shot. The Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder was used on the top half of the White CS for a background.
