Tasteful Touches Stamp Set by StampinUP & the Direct to Paper Technique

Hello Stampers!! For my card creation today, I used the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper for the background. The pattern already had a little Rococo Rose in it & I added some more, by simply taking the ink pad directly to the paper and just dragging. Lighter in spots and darker in some, but that was the look I was going for!! Isn't it fun to play with the designer paper and make it look completely different? I think so at least.

I used thick Whisper White Card Stock for the base & Basic Gray CS for the skinny strip. The little wider strip is Rococo Rose CS and was embossed with the Tasteful Textile embossing folder.
