I made this Valentine Card for a friend.
The Bloomin' Love Stamp Set is shown on pg. 88 in the Annual Catalog.
All items are current StampinUP except for the retired ribbon.
On this Valentine, the sentiment comes from Bloomin' Love.
I used the same retired ribbon and the current Decorative Ribbon Border Punch.
The heart images come from the Heart Happiness Stamp Set (Occasions Catalog)
