This card was designed by Mary Booker and made by me at a recent demonstrator event.
The Balloon Adventures Stamp Set (Occasions Catty) was used for the front & "let's celebrate" (inside).
The silver and gold balloons were punched out of glimmer paper using the Balloon Bouquet Punch
The Party Animal Designer Series Paper was used for the fun design inside the card.
See the surprise explosion happening when you open up the card? Cool huh?
