Circle Punches, Designer Series Paper, and Party Wishes Stamp Set were used on this card.
I also used the "Party Punch Pack" to cut out the cupcakes and candles.

You can lift up on the Blackberry Bliss pc. of card stock, and the balloons move with it.
I used the "Number of Years" Stamp Set on this project.
