The 3 balloons (along with string) are images from "Party Wishes"
I also used the new "Party Punch Pack" to punch out the balloon image after stamping.
Color Scheme: Soft Sky, Island Indigo, Night of Navy and White
The tag on this card features the Happy Birthday verse from "Party Wishes"
I also used a marker to pick up the words "make a Wish" for this layout instead of a circle.
The ribbon comes from the new "Bakers Twine Combo Pack".
The buttons are just buttons :) ..... but I used a pencil eraser tip in ink to make the colored dots!!
